What to do if something breaks or causes discomfort between appointments.
Apply a small ball of orthodontic wax over the bracket to secure it and prevent inner lip scratches. Call the desk to schedule an adjustment visit.
Use a pencil eraser tip to gently push the wire flat against your tooth, or cover the wire end with orthodontic wax. WhatsApp us immediately with a photo.
Rinse with warm salt water (½ tsp salt in warm water) to soothe cheeks. Mild analgesics (paracetamol) can manage pressure soreness for 3–4 days post-adjustment.
Revert to the previous aligner set immediately to prevent teeth from shifting back. WhatsApp Dr. Anand's clinical assistant to order a replacement tray.
